Pls could you help me to understand these apparent anomalies between the #Vier & #Frio display options.

• Vier post compose box includes a handy Quote Share icon / tool, but Frio [em]does not[/em].😲 🤯
  
• Frio post compose box allows one to simply paste in an image from one's clipboard, but Vier [em]does not[/em]. 😲 🤯

In many ways i like using Vier, but item #2 above is a real PITA. Changing back to Frio ofc solves that nuisance, but then i incomprehensibly incur the annoyance of item #1 above.

Is is "simple", or practically "impossible", to harmonise these features across both aesthetic styles? 🤷‍♀️

Hi there,
I'm wondering about tweaking the #frio UI from the standard user backend, the standard admin backend and also "under the hood" in files themselfs if possible.

Are there some references to conversations, or links to tutorials or special hints and #fediTips?

There are 2 slightly (?) different: "Show more" and "Show more Dynamic". I don't have any enabled and I have 5 comments - Show more here for this thread. I cannot find any setting for this. Maybe it is part of my used theme #Frio ?

!Friendica Support Dear fellow #friendica people. There is an ongoing effort to improve the UI showing posts in #frio.

Please answer the following question(s):

• Have you ever used the checkbox on the very right?
  
• If you have previously used that checkbox, can you share your use-case?

This question came up during some recent work on improving the post UI. For desktop the action icon description is gone resulting in a less busy / cleaner UI. Another change being worked on is, to move interaction counters next to the action icon instead of showing them in a second row below.

Nicht sichtbare likes/dislikes bei Frio

Bei Frio habe ich am Smartphone das Problem das ich nicht sehe ob ich einen Beitrag im Stream einen Luke/dislikes verpasst habe. Weder verändert sich die Farbe der Grafik, noch bekomme ich es sonst wie angezeigt. Das hat man erst nach einen Reload der Seite. Das ist mir jetzt schon mit verschiedenen Farbschemata aufgefallen. Und es ist echt kontraproduktiv.

Gibt es da eine Lösung für?
