Ich fände es gut wenn man #Kalender Einträge bei #Friendica importieren könnte.
Habe hierzu ein Issue gefunden. Da gibts aber nichts neues.

ich habe soeben über mastodon.social #OSM und #OpenStreetMap als RSS über #Friendica abonniert.
Beide Hashtags habe ich auch so abonniert.
Nun ist mir aufgefallen, dass bei den beiden abonnierten Hashtags plötzlich mehr Beiträge auftauchen. Eben seit ich das per RSS abonniert habe. Vergleiche ich das RSS und das Hashtag Abo, dann steht dort auch dieselbe Empfangs-Zeit.
Tauchen RSS Feeds somit auch automatisch auf Friendica/anonsys auf, wenn diese vorher noch nicht über einen Relay empfangen wurden?

You can ask/direct people to follow your Friendica account. They'll see what you post both on Diaspora and Mastodon

I'm writing to you from #Colombia, #SouthAmerica. My account is hosted on a server in #Argentina. I'd like to know how, either from #Fedilab on #Android or from a browser on #Windows10, I could follow several tags simultaneously, without having to add them one by one.
I'd also like to know how to use #Friendica as my "main network", so that when I post on #Friendica, the post is also done automatically on #Mastodon and #Diaspora*.

Daher gibt es da bislang keinen Moderationsaufwand, außer dass ich ab und zu reinschauen muss, ob es irgendwelche dubiosen neuen Follower wie CryptoBots o.ä. gibt, die ich rausschmeißen möchte.
Wenn es ein öffentliches Forum ist, müssen Follows ja nicht vorab bestätigt werden, was Du bei Deinen privaten Account ja wahrscheinlich auch eingestellt hast.

I have added this new configuration value to local.config.php and also the image is in the correct directory. Nevertheless it is not displayed when I look at a profile on my server from Mastodon. Do I have to change any other configuration values or do I have to save the image in a different directory.

On my own profile, I created a banner image in the Fedilab app at some point. This image is also displayed correctly, but no image is displayed on the other profiles on my instance (e.g. @wandern@friendica.xyz).

Can #Friendica only count to 990 for some reason? A curious thing: I posted something that went relatively viral. I've received repeated notifications of more likes and reshares. But once the total number reached 990, i.e., the sum of shares and likes is 990, the numbers listed aren't going up any more, rather when one goes up, the other goes down. The sum remains 990. Curiouser and curiouser.

Hi @Friendica Support gerade die aktuelle Diskussion bzgl. dem Fedi-Beitritt von #Meta zeigt meiner Meinung nach recht deutlich, wie wichtig es wäre, dass es ein Instanzen-Block auf Userebene geben würde. Also das nicht der Admin eine Instanz blockt (was ja jetzt schon machbar ist), sondern der User selber für sich.
Ist hierzu bei #Friendica was angedacht? Wäre das technisch möglich?

Afaik this just effects, how fast you will get notifications about... notifications... ;-) ... so e.g. someone mentioned you.

Mostly using #Mastodon (and #Mammuthus), i have to admit, but also installed a #Friendica instance once... ;-)

wie ich gerade festgestellt habe, taucht mein Server in der Statistik auf Fediverse Observer als englischsprachig auf. Allerdings habe ich sowohl im Admin-Panel als auch in der local.config.php die Sprache auf Deutsch gestellt. Muss ich da sonst noch irgendwo etwas angeben? So wichtig ist es mir ja nicht, das es meist kein offener Server ist, aber eigenartig finde ich es schon.

der @Heiko Mischer hat ein Problem mit einer Abmahnung wegen Urheberrechtsverstoß, bei den Verstößen geht es um Inhalte, die in Friendica über /photos oder über die Suche gefunden wurden. Er hat einen Friendicaserver nur für sich und bräuchte:

  • Eine Person die ihm technisch helfen kann, damit er herausfinden kann, ob die Inhalte ggf. nicht auf seinem Server lagen oder ob die Inhalte erst auf seinen Server geladen wurden durch die Suche nach eben diesen Inhalten.
  • Freut er sich sicher über Tipps, gab es schon mal einen Fall wie diesen oder kann hier jemand gute Rechtsberatung empfehlen?
  • Möchte er andere Admins warnen, dass diese sich bewusst sind, dass je nach Konfiguration fremd erstellte Inhalte öffentlich bereitgestellt werden.


Ich erwähne mal @Tobias weil er vielleicht etwas weiß, den @Michael Vogel weil er vielleicht technisch helfen/erklären kann.
