TopNavBar: CSS-Troubles mit NoScript?
mir fällt immer wieder auf, dass sich meine TimeLine (/network) über die TopNavBar schiebt. Das ist ab und an etwas nervig, weil dabei auch die Infos in der Glocke verdeckt und nicht mehr klickbar werden.
Im CSS-fach-Chinesisch: da wird wohl eins der <div-Tags> beim z-index einen unglücklichen Wert haben. Zumindest meine Vermutung aus der weiten Ferne.
Beheben kann ich das ganze, wenn ich die ganzen per NoScript geblockten Quellen zulassen würde. Das mag ich aber nicht so pauschal machen.
Falls machbar, habt ihr eine Chance, das bei Gelegenheit zu beheben? Oder habt ihr einen anderen Tipp?

ich wollte meine #2FA in #Friendica neu einrichten, da ich auf meinen Zweiten Faktor keinen Zugriff mehr habe.
Ich habe dazu in einem angemeldetem Browser die 2FA deaktiviert.
Wenn ich das nun aktiviere, erscheint nur diese Meldung uns sonst nichts.
Ich kann also das ganze wieder deaktivieren oder beenden.

Früher konnte ich einen #RSS Feed in die Suche eingeben, ihm folgen und auch die Beiträge auf #Friendica spiegeln.
Nun ist es so, dass wenn ich einen Feed in die Suche eingebe, dann erscheint nur eine leere weiße Seite.
Gebe ich den Feed bei Kontakten > Neuer Kontakt hinzufügen ein, dann erschein ein Fenster mit Anfrage abschicken. Wenn ich da drauf klicke, erscheint wieder eine weiße Seite. Wenn ich den Kontakt dann nochmals aufrufe, dann scheine ich ihm zu folgen, da der Button Entfolgen angezeigt wird. Der Button Anfrage abschicken, erscheint jedoch weiterhin.
Eine Möglichkeit den Feed zu spiegeln wird gar nicht mehr angeboten.
Das entspricht der privatesten Option bei Antworten in #Firefish bzw. bei #Mastodon (das ja keinen Chat hat).
In #Tusky #Fedilab u.a. Apps ist das beim Antworten mit Friendica-Account möglich, aber im Webinterface gelten für Antworten die Einstellungen des Ausgangspost, oder?
Gibt es da eine Möglichkeit auch im Webinterface (das ja vermutlich die meisten Friendica-User aufgrund der ansonsten erweiterten Funktionen bevorzugt nutzen), diese Option zu aktivieren?
Hintergrund der Frage ist die Föderation von Friendica mit #Flohmarkt , das auf die Optionen von Mastodon ausgerichtet ist.

Beim Erstellen in #Portainer habe ich dafür folgende Environment Variablen für die Datenbank angegeben:
MYSQL_DATABASE = friendica
MYSQL_HOST = localhost
MYSQL_PASSWORD = Password
MYSQL_PORT = 3306
MYSQL_USER = friendicaWenn ich allerdings bei dem Installations-Assistenten diese Werte eingebe, werden sie nicht akzeptiert. Sollten sie aber doch. Oder habe ich irgendwo einen Denkfehler?

I cannot remove a relay server
When I try to remove a

I need a brainstorming, besides the config, where do I need to edit database related information and file systems paths when I move a #Friendica installation to a new server?
I just want to make sure I don't miss anything that then leaves me in a bad state.
I just ran on #mastodon into the fact that #webP has issues to be uploaded.
There was a general problem giving 500 errors that apparently was fixed recently, even tho not all servers have updated this problem.

Actually I wanted to upload animated webP and that still doesn't work. The software extracts the first pic and serves it as webP.
So I tried to publish via #friendica into the fediverse the animated webP but at least the squeet.me friendica version (2023.09-dev) extracts the first pic and serves it as jpg image. 2021.01 and 2019.12 doesn't accept webP at all.
I guess this is known?
Any changes on this to expect?
I'm kinda astonished as I created the webP with GIMP and can display it in firefox, all free source software and animated webP is definitely higher quality than gif and way smaler size.

Beide Hashtags habe ich auch so abonniert.
Nun ist mir aufgefallen, dass bei den beiden abonnierten Hashtags plötzlich mehr Beiträge auftauchen. Eben seit ich das per RSS abonniert habe. Vergleiche ich das RSS und das Hashtag Abo, dann steht dort auch dieselbe Empfangs-Zeit.
Tauchen RSS Feeds somit auch automatisch auf Friendica/anonsys auf, wenn diese vorher noch nicht über einen Relay empfangen wurden?

You can ask/direct people to follow your Friendica account. They'll see what you post both on Diaspora and Mastodon

Daher gibt es da bislang keinen Moderationsaufwand, außer dass ich ab und zu reinschauen muss, ob es irgendwelche dubiosen neuen Follower wie CryptoBots o.ä. gibt, die ich rausschmeißen möchte.
Wenn es ein öffentliches Forum ist, müssen Follows ja nicht vorab bestätigt werden, was Du bei Deinen privaten Account ja wahrscheinlich auch eingestellt hast.

Can #Friendica only count to 990 for some reason? A curious thing: I posted something that went relatively viral. I've received repeated notifications of more likes and reshares. But once the total number reached 990, i.e., the sum of shares and likes is 990, the numbers listed aren't going up any more, rather when one goes up, the other goes down. The sum remains 990. Curiouser and curiouser.
Ist hierzu bei #Friendica was angedacht? Wäre das technisch möglich?

Afaik this just effects, how fast you will get notifications about... notifications...
